Andrew Dudley joined the West Midlands Metro Into Employment course while looking for a new career opportunity. Having previously worked in hospitality, he was keen to build on his existing customer service skills and explore a different industry.

“The course helped me improve my customer service techniques and learn more effective ways of communicating with customers and handling enquiries. I also received support to refine my CV and tailor it towards Midland Metro vacancies.
“My goal is to pass all the assessments, ace the interview and secure a job with Midlands Metro. I’m ambitious and always looking to achieve more.
