Saurav Singh has completed several courses at City of Wolverhampton College, including Digital Skills, Functional Skills Maths, Electric/Hybrid Motor Vehicles, and Preparation for Work – Business Administration and Customer Service. While working for Yodel, Saurav chose to develop his skills, improve his qualifications and work towards a new career path. Saurav said:
“During the Business Administration and Customer Service course, I learned about interview techniques, prepared answers to common interview questions and improved my CV and cover letter. I am now much more confident using computers and applying for jobs online.
“All of my tutors have been very supportive. They helped me stay organised, understand each topic and build my confidence throughout my studies. My next goal is to progress to university and pursue a career within the security sector.
“I would recommend these courses to anyone looking to improve their skills, gain confidence and prepare for new opportunities in work or further study.”
