Is this course right for me?
This qualification will develop the knowledge and awareness of the types of provision in the Early Years and education sectors. It includes the roles played by workers, from principles and values through to health and safety and working with others.
The course will help you to develop a range of skills to enable you to progress onto the next level whilst also developing essential transferable skills required in any workplace and to equip you with everyday essential skills.
This qualification prepares learners for further learning and training whilst developing an understanding of the teaching and learning environment in a school setting. It covers areas such as how to support the well-being of a child or young person and child and young person development
To enhance your learning, throughout the course you will have the opportunity to hear from guest speakers who visit the college to talk to students about their experiences in the profession.
