There are 2 parts to the course. Part 1 looks at environmental definitions and Part 2 how to integrate environmental management systems into business.

This course runs 9.00am – 5.00pm for one day.

Entry Requirements:

Candidates are not required to have any formal entry requirements in Health and Safety, however it is recommended that learners undertaking this qualification should reach a minimum standard of English equivalent to an International English Language Testing System (IETS) score of 6.0 or higher in IELTS tests or GCSE English Language A*-C (9-4 new system).

What will I learn?

This is a Level 2 one-day course covering how industry implements sustainable development.

What skills will I gain?

The candidates will gain a Level 2 Nebosh Environmental Awareness at Work qualification and be able to produce environmental impacts registers, and gain an understanding of environmental legislation.

How will I be assessed?

A 30 minute multiple choice online exam (completed on a separate day within a 24hr period).
