If you want to work in business, an apprenticeship is a great way to get on the career ladder and take the first steps to a successful career in the sector.
Whether you’re interested in accountancy, administration, customer service, finance, human resources or sales and marketing, or want to take on a supervisory or management role, you’ll develop skills and knowledge enabling you to work in a wide range of organisations in the future.
You’ll combine working for an employer with studying for a relevant qualification at college and be taught by tutors who have worked in the sector themselves.
What’s more, you’ll be supported throughout your training by a college assessor who will visit you in the workplace to make sure you are meeting your targets and that both you and your employer are getting the most out of your apprenticeship.
We have excellent relationships with local employers and develop training to meet the needs of their businesses, so you can be assured you’ll gain the skills that they are looking for in their employees – and, if you impress them during your training, you may even be offered a job when you’ve completed apprenticeship and gained your qualification.
And apprenticeships aren’t just for new staff! If you’re already employed and want to improve your skills, gain a qualification and boost your promotion prospects you can benefit from apprenticeship training too – just ask your employer to email firstname.lastname@example.org and a member of the team will contact them to discuss your training further.
