Whether you need someone to work in the accounts, administration, finance or human resources department, want to develop the company’s customer service or sales and marketing function, or are looking to develop an employee to take on a supervisory or management role, apprenticeship training will enable them to develop the skills and knowledge needed to meet the demands of the business.
Apprentices will combine working for the company with studying towards occupational standards through the college and will be supported by college staff who will work closely with you to ensure that the skills they are learning are what is required by your business and that they will achieve their full potential and career aspirations, as well as meet your business needs.
