Lydia Fosuah wants to be a teaching assistant and, as a first step to achieving her dream she completed Level 1 Functional Skills in English and maths, as well completing a Yes to the Job course to improve her personal and employability skills.
Lydia, aged 43, said: “I know that the courses will help me to achieve what I want to do in the future and I now want to progress to Level 2 English and maths.
“No matter how long it takes me to achieve what I want, I will not give up until I have reached my goal.”
