Qualified with a diploma in management and a HNC/Full Tech Cert in engineering, Paul joined the college in 2006 and has over 25 years’ experience in industry at senior management positions in manufacturing operations and business systems.

As a business improvement practitioner and trainer, he now supports management teams in delivering change and increasing efficiencies in the manufacturing, construction, health, horticulture, retail and publishing sectors.
