Wendy Harris
Wendy was appointed as a staff governor in May 2023. She currently works at the college as the Quality Manager. Prior to this, she taught Travel and Tourism for 16 years. She has also worked for Pearson as a Standards Verifier in Tourism and Sport since 2014.
Wendy started her working life as an apprentice at Going Places travel agents. In 2004, she moved to the college to manage the Travel Academy on site.
She has two young children and, as her career suggests, loves to travel.
