City of Wolverhampton College has been awarded a gold-standard accreditation for its commitment to staff investment for the third time running.
Investors in People is the mark of high performance in business and people management and the Gold standard is awarded to just 2% of organisations assessed against its challenging criteria.
Karen O’Reilly, assistant principal for people engagement at the college, said: “To achieve the Gold standard for the third time demonstrates how much we value our staff so that, in turn, they can give students a great learning experience and equip them with skills and knowledge that will lead to great future careers.”
