People in management, leadership or supervisory roles, who live in the West Midlands, can sign up for free coaching workshops being run by City of Wolverhampton College.
The programme of six one-day workshops – delivered over a three-month period – covers a range of topics including business excellence, effective team working, improving communication, managing change, project management, Lean and 6Sigma, problem solving, data analysis and capability and control.
The sessions focus on innovation and creativity and participants will gain skills enabling them to transform processes in the workplace and increase their promotion prospects and future career opportunities.
The programme is funded by the West Midlands Combined Authority and will be delivered at the college’s Polymer Training and Innovation Centre, in Telford and online.
Graham Taylor, head of commercial projects at the college, said “I am delighted that we have support from West Midlands Combined Authority to offer this opportunity to help businesses.
