When Claudia Beatriz Alfaro Campos arrived in England, she recognised the importance of digital skills in today’s job market. Determined to improve her knowledge and increase her employment opportunities, she enrolled in the Essential Digital Skills Course at City of Wolverhampton College.

Throughout my studies, I learned how to create PowerPoint presentations, present effectively in online meetings using platforms like Google Meet and Zoom, understand online safety, and craft a professional CV. These skills have not only expanded my knowledge but have also given me greater confidence in using technology.”
