“I chose City of Wolverhampton College based on strong recommendations about the tutor, Ken Davies, and the support definitely lived up to expectations. The course was well structured, and I always felt clear on what was required, with support available whenever needed.
“Completing the course has really strengthened my skillset, particularly in reflecting, researching and evidencing my work. It’s taken my professional capability to the next level.
“I’ve since become a professional IOSH member and am now working towards chartered status.
“My advice would be to keep developing your skills. Qualifications like this are a great way to build knowledge and reinforce best practice. Strong health and safety awareness is essential for any people leader, as protecting our workforce should always be a top priority.”
