At 28 years old, Sam Trevor decided to explore new career options by completing the Preparation for Work – Retail and Customer Service course at City of Wolverhampton College. 

With a background in Farming and Gardening, Sam wanted to learn how to deliver effective customer service and gain skills that would open doors to different job opportunities. 

“It prepared me for the best,” he said. “If you’re looking to expand what jobs are out there from what you’ve done previously, this is a great course to go for.” 

With new confidence and knowledge, Sam’s next goal is to find employment in retail.
