At 44 years old, Fiaz Bibi chose to build her confidence and career prospects by enrolling on the Into Employment Education and Training course, alongside the Level 1 in Employability and Development Skills course at City of Wolverhampton College. 

Through the course, Fiaz developed essential employability, communication, and health and safety skills, and also completed online safeguarding awareness and health and safety training. 

“I enjoyed completing this course and feel proud of myself,” she said. 

With her new skills and determination, Fiaz is now focused on her future goal to become a teaching assistant and looking at further study option. She encourages others to do the same: “I would really recommend the college!”
