At 25 years old, Charlotte Morris enrolled in the Employment and Development Skills – Preparation for work course at City of Wolverhampton College to strengthen her communication and business skills. 

Charlotte had previously studied Art and Design Level 1 and Childcare Level 1, and was keen to build on her knowledge. 

“Working hard in class has helped me become more confident,” she said. 

Her advice to others is simple: “Be confident. Try it and you will learn new things.” 

Charlotte is ready to take on new opportunities with her growing skills and confidence.
