At 33 years old, Gulsoom Shafaei decided to boost her career opportunities by enrolling on the Into Employment Education and Training course at City of Wolverhampton College. 

Through the course, Gulsoom developed her English skills and gained valuable knowledge to help her take the next step towards employment. 

“It was really helpful — I’d recommend it to my friends,” she said. 

With her new skills and confidence, Gulsoom is now focused on becoming a teaching assistant and is pleased she now has learnt the foundations to take this forward with her studies
