“Sherwood Stainless Steel and Aluminium Ltd has been running its apprenticeship scheme in co-operation with City of Wolverhampton College for almost 10 years.

“Throughout this time our business has grown and developed alongside our apprentices. We have had the opportunity to help many of them, not only develop their engineering skillsets and knowledge, but also help them develop as people and leaders.

“There are numerous advantages that apprentices bring and being able to introduce new skills, new mindsets, and new ideas, are just a few.”
