“When I first started my apprenticeship, I felt nervous about navigating new tasks and responsibilities. However, I quickly adapted and learned how to assist with onboarding new employees, managing records, and supporting team inquiries. “This experience has been incredibly fulfilling, and I’ve gained valuable insights into the field. The college has supported my development every step of the way, helping me build on my skills while also focusing on personal growth.
