At 21 years old, Alicia Violet took part in the Preparation for Work – Retail and Customer Service course at City of Wolverhampton College to learn how to successfully gain employment and work in a retail role. 

Through the course, Alicia gained confidence and improved her ability to cope with challenges in everyday life. 

“I have become more confident in my life and more able to cope with challenges,” she said. 

Alicia’s goal is to secure a sustainable job where she can help people and meet lots of new faces.
