Harinder Suman made a spontaneous decision to join the NIS Gateway to Rail course with no prior experience in the rail industry. Despite being out of the classroom for a while, Harinder has found the course to be a positive new routine and a great opportunity to gain valuable skills.
“You’d be silly to not want to get some new skills under your belt. It’s completely different to what I was doing before, so if you’re in the same boat and have no experience in this industry then don’t let that put you off.”
“The teaching has been really interesting and insightful. Every tutor is good in their own way and knows so much from their own experience. My favourite bit on the course has been the people in my class. We all get along so well, the support spread in class is very motivating.”
