At 21 years old, Jon Warfield enrolled in the Employability and Development Skills course at City of Wolverhampton College to improve his customer service and business communication skills.
Although Jon hadn’t done any previous courses, he learned a lot about the importance of respect in customer service.
“I didn’t do any courses before, so I wasn’t fully prepared,” he said. “I haven’t developed much yet, but I have thought more about my career options.”
Jon’s goal now is to find a career he enjoys.
His advice to others is simple: “It’s good to think about your career.”
