Robert Priestley joined City of Wolverhampton College in 2010 as an admin assistant. Over the years, he has progressed significantly within the College and now works as a Senior Analyst Developer Team Leader. Reflecting on his journey, Robert said: 

 “Since starting at the College, I’ve held several roles and worked with a variety of teams, including curriculum areas, the Quality team, the MIS and Exams team, and most recently ICT Services. This experience has allowed me to develop professionally, build strong relationships with management, and mentor new team members. 

 “The college places a strong emphasis on internal opportunities and CPD, making it an excellent place for growth and progression. The staff have been fantastic, and the management team is incredibly supportive. What I enjoy most is the daily challenges and the college’s ongoing commitment to improvement and success.
