After deciding to build her skills and knowledge, Tatiana Jansen van Vuuren enrolled on the Level 2 Teaching Assistant course, an experience that has boosted her confidence and led to a rewarding new role. 

“The course has given me a better understanding of different aspects of children’s development and has made the expectations of the teaching assistant role much clearer. There were also really useful resources provided on areas such as dyslexia, autism, behaviour management, and even practical requirements like classroom displays.” 

“Since completing the qualification, I am now employed full-time at Pegasus Academy in Dudley, a position I am really enjoying.”
