As a Senior Registered Manager at Forge Care, Victoria Turner is dedicated to ensuring the safety and wellbeing of both children and adults in her care. To enhance her knowledge and confidence in managing fire safety, she completed the IOSH Fire Training for Managers course at City of Wolverhampton College. The training provided her with valuable insights into fire risk management, legal responsibilities, and effective safety leadership, skills she now applies daily to promote a strong safety culture within her organisation.
