T Levels are an alternative to A-levels or an apprenticeship and are designed with employers to give you the skills that the industry needs and the qualities they look for when taking on new staff.

This T Level in Construction Management focuses on design, surveying and planning so, if you want a career in the industry focusing on these specialisms, this is the course for you!

As part of the programme you will complete an in-depth work experience placement of at least 45 days – enabling you to put the skills and knowledge you have gained on the course into practice in the workplace – as well as improve your English and Maths skills.

Entry Requirements:

To access this course you are required to have:

  • 5 x GCSE Grade 4 or above Inc Maths, English & Science
  • A record of high attendance from your previous studies
  • You will be expected to maintain good attendance and punctuality, as well as show commitment, a positive attitude to learning, and determination to achieve the qualification.

  • Construction Apprenticeship

  • Construction degree programme such as Construction Management, Construction Surveying, Design and Architecture.
