Entry Requirements:

There are no formal entry requirements for this qualification however if you wish to obtain employment as a trainer/teacher you must:

• Have achieved a qualification and have experience in that subject/skill at the appropriate level (minimum Level 3).
• Have achieved Level 2 in English, maths and ICT
• Attend an interview to determine your interest, commitment and suitability for the course.

• Written assignments
• Group presentations
• Micro teach activity

The skills you will learn in this course will enable you to progress on to:

• Certificate in Education / Professional Graduate Certificate in Education
• Apply for roles as a Teacher/Trainer in your subject area in Adult and Post Compulsory education settings
