If you want to work in the engineering industry with a special interest in manufacturing, processing and control, this new T Level qualification is the ideal way to kick off your future career.

T Levels are the equivalent of three A levels and re designed in conjunction with employers so you can be sure that you will be learning the skills that the industry needs which will set you ahead of the competition when you’re applying for jobs in the sector in the future.

In the first year of the course you will cover a range of core modules designed to give you a broad range of knowledge and skills in the engineering industry.

In the second year you will focus on occupational specialisms to enable you to develop specific skills in engineering processes and procedures, as well as plan, perform and evaluate your work while using a range of materials, methods and techniques.

As part of the course you will also complete an industry work experience placement of at least 45 days. This will give you a taste of what working in the industry is like, as well as the opportunity to work alongside experienced colleagues and put the skills you have learnt on your course into practice in the workplace – all of which will look great on your CV and impress employers when you are applying for jobs in the future.
