City Learning Quarter
NOW OPEN – COMPLETED NOVEMBER 2025
Our new four-storey campus in Wolverhampton city centre is the flagship of the council’s £61 million City Learning Quarter Vision.
The campus offers first-class education and training facilities for the people of Wolverhampton and beyond, with thousands of students and apprentices set to walk through the doors and gain the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their future career.
The campus boasts state-of-the-art industry-standard training facilities and learning technology for around 2000 students and nearly 200 staff.
What’s more, its city centre location and excellent links to the road network, public transport and cycle routes make it accessible for hundreds more from across the West Midlands and beyond.

Our new campus, opened in November 2025, has enabled the college to move from the Paget Road site which was identified for much-needed housing.***
The proposals for the City Learning Quarter campus were supported by an initial £6.2 million investment from the City of Wolverhampton Council and Black Country Local Enterprise Partnership, which enabled the completion of design work, site surveys, ground investigations, site acquisition and clearance.
The council also secured £20 million from the government’s Levelling Up Fund and £5 million from the Towns Fund to help deliver the City Learning Quarter vision.
