Entry Requirements:
There are no formal entry requirements just a good understanding of spoken and written English.
What will I learn?
The Working at Heights course is intended to enable organisations or companies to be compliant with the Working at Height Regulations. It will encourage staff to consider the risks associated with working at height, plan ahead using risk assessments and follow safe procedures.
What skills will I gain?
Develop an overview of height regulations and relevant safety laws, employee’s safety duties and responsibilities, complete a risk assessment, address working locations, conditions, access equipment and ladder safety.
How will I be assessed?
There is no assessment – a College Certificate of Attendance will be issued
What can I do next?
There are various other Health and Safety course to explore both short half-day and longer courses such as IOSH, Nebosh and NVQ’s.
